so when I was much younger I always played Minecraft on my dads Xbox 360. over the years it became harder to open and the disc became more scratched to the point where he had to open it with a knife. now it doesn't open at all. If I remove the hard drive, (which I have) and put it into another Xbox 360 can I play Minecraft and have my worlds back? will it put my profile on there?? please help

an easy thing to do would be to just buy Minecraft again on the Xbox 360 marketplace digitally, you will have all of your old worlds back and you won’t have to bother with the disc drive
