GoodBlox needs a permition to download...

It seems that I can't download GoodBlox because it says: "Insufficient Permissions"

Answer me ASAP!

Assuming you're getting this when installing it through Chrome, view advanced settings on it. scroll down, to find downloads category, and reset the download location to somewhere else.
