I use Microsoft Paint! (I might use snipping tool for photo editing too, sometimes) What photo editing software do you use?

microsoft paint will really limit you on editing photos

instead, for free software, i suggest either Paint.Net (https://getpaint.net) or GIMP
for paid, photoshop is the obvious answer.
