the reason offsale items go onsale is to give it a chance to be in the market. it may seem like some old offsale item but it is still an item. This means that of coarse its gonna get sold for high prices and stuff like that don't go in the comments iof the items and be like 'THIS WAS FREE'

I guess so, but I don't really think they should put those items back on sale, cuz they can be rare in the future!
