I cannot play goodblox at all onsite or in the client or studio, this always pops up. I have not been able to play goodblox at all because of this, and missed big events because of it also.
I have had this issue for months.

I posted this on the goodblox forum before, but no one replied and someone has the same issue as me. |

First, make sure you're using goodblox.xyz, not www.goodblox.xyz. To check, just click the URL bar.
Second, make sure that your browser has cookies enabled for goodblox.xyz and that it's not blocking the protocol. (make sure that your anti-virus or firewall isn't blocking the website's features)
Third, make sure that the "Launcher.exe" is set to always run in administrator and is set to run in compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 3.
Also make sure that "GoodBloxClient.exe" and "GoodBloxStudio.exe" are set to run in compatibility mode for Windows 7 (unless you are on Windows 7) and that they always run in administrator.
Also open "Register.exe" as administrator.

Anti-Virus (Windows Security):
Virus & threat protection > Manage settings
Firewall:
Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall > Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall |

ok i added goodblox into my firewall but that didnt change anything, it still says an error occurred whenever i try to play a game |

my cpu is a intel core 2 extreme x9650 and my graphics card is a amd hd 58?? idk which one it is but i think its 5870 and my os is Windows 10 Pro x64 |

Are currently banned on another account on GoodBlox?
How much upload and download speed does your internet have?
Are you using a VPN or proxy while trying to play GoodBlox?
Have you tried reinstalling GoodBlox and rebooting your computer?
Did you try restarting your router? |

what site url are you using?
test.goodblox.xyz. www.goodblox.xyz or just goodblox.xyz?
In my research, the error you're getting is a connection issue, most likely caused by internet traffic on one end.
I also found roblox reports from 2009 and 2010 that say the same error, but at that time the problem was occurring because of site traffic. |

Like I said, the error you're getting is a connection issue, most likely caused by internet traffic on one end.
The issue is probably associated with your internet.
Maybe there's too many clients connected to your internet> |
