You probably didn't run the Register.exe.
{VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure that you logged in to run Register.exe.}

you have to download the luancher then refresh the page after a while and then if the cmd bar thing opens then it works however sometimes it might not connect you to the server just try again and it should work
