pls help me i cant join the server

when i click play, the goodblox launcher appears and i always getting this message:
Starting GoodBlox...
An error occurred: (some incomprehensible scribbles)
pls help me

Delete all Goodblox related stuff then reinstall the client. Be sure to disable the antivirus while playing.
