There are lots of ways, here are some:

Selling Items (Depends on the price of the item)
Logging in every 24 hours (10 Tix)
Unique Place Visits (1 Ticket)
Collecting Tix and GoodBux on Reign Events (Depends on what you pick up)

There could be more, those are just the ones I got at the top of my head.

i'm not entirely sure... maybe you just play the game everyday and get place visits
