my reign money errored and it gave me nothing

I collected some reign money and it ended up getting some error and resetting it (I did not lose any of the currency on my account, just reign money that I had not redeemed)

Are you certain that the server just took away your reign money?

What was the error you got?

Did you try again?

If you did everything I said, then you could try contacting the admins.

Ok, I'm on my alt account rn, it just errored for some reason and gave me no reign money. It just said error, problem getting data.

My friend's reign still worked, as well as my account
