For the most important parts:

I disagree

and here is the primary reason as to why:

1) GOODBLOX could be shut down for copyright infringement ( because technically ROBLOX owned the rights to the name and the name alone. This could also backfire because of legal and ethical reasons. )
2) It would be a problem as to how they will have the users to pay for the membership and the ingame currency ( this would be things like how they'll get the vendors to accept the payments. )


So there I have pointed out the two main reasons why GOODBLOX will not even do that, however they could use another name for it which doesn't infringe ROBLOX's rights to the name of Builders Club that is one alternative they could try out.
