you used to be able to but now your friends can just register by doing the form.

at least registration on goodblox is more creative than finobe. it took me 10 MONTHS just for me to get a key

oh right forgot that the invite button is in My Goodblox specifically share goodblox, you just need their email and you can send them the invite.
