New Top Hat Suggestion (With mesh & Model)

I was scrolling through the cancelled items and found this awesome looking top hat called “Gusmnak’s Top Hat” which was Jaffa in colour with a green band. It looks really good personally because on the colour spectrum orange and green match so as a hat I think it would do well!
If it will be released after this thread, I think the name should be “Emerald banded Jaffa Top Hat” or just “Jaffa Top Hat” and the description would be “Why is my head so sticky??”
