Other players are laggy for me!

This didnt happen when I was first playing on the client, Iron Cafe worked really well! for some reason though, now im getting really bad lag from other players, they just teleport to other places for me and I dont know why.

I've tried reducing my ping, and I've installed the client to my hard drive (it was running off a flash drive before), still no luck.

I would love to know how to fix this.
