I'm confused about places.

Okay, so i know I've posed a couple of times about me not being able to update my places (i fixed that via running studio as an admin) but now i want to play it. Do i have to get my game verified before being able to start/play it? and how do I verify? do i message a mod? Because i saw that the verification server is offline on the status page. If anyone knows about the place publishing process, please let me know.
