oh yeah and if the server is loading the prompt says it cant connect to server

so i tried to play games after installing the launcher and when the launcher opens it gives me an error that goodblox suddenly crashed. i tried reinstalling the launcher but it said that i could not install a few programs and i restarted my pc and after that i tried again but it still didnt work. any help?
