Server can't load game

maybe this isn't a problem with me specifically but ever since the servers went back up I have not been able to actually play because it just gets stuck on "A server is loading the game" forever
when it happened last night I figured it was because I had just verified my account but it's still happening... +__+

Servers are dying because of the event so it talks a very long time to load a game right now.
