"Failed To Connect To Game"
Posted: 01 Feb 2021 16:29 PM

Hi.
I was trying to play GOODBLOX multiple times today, yesterday, etc., and all of a sudden, it keeps crashing for no reason. I own the ".exe" version of GOODBLOX, and I can't make any adjustments to the client to make it run properly. When it usually works, it definitely works, but most of the time it lags like Hell on Earth. I need help with this immediately.
Thank you. |

(Taken from #client-information)
Client crashes whenever I join a game
1. open up goodblox studio
2. go to the tools menu at the top
3. click settings
4. click rendering
5. make sure graphicsMode is not set to OpenGL Legacy. if it is then change it to Direct3D or OpenGL |

Thank you!
But... I have another problem (o noes!).
Basically, even before I did that, the GoodBlox Launcher that says "Starting GoodBlox..." hasn't been working correctly today when I got on. I still can't run GoodBlox for some reason.
Any other things I could do? |

Try doing this:
Make sure that the "Launcher.exe" is set to always run in administrator and is set to run in compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 3.
Also make sure that "GoodBloxClient.exe" and "GoodBloxStudio.exe" are set to run in compatibility mode for Windows 7 (If you're on Windows 7 then don't do anything) and those programs always run in administrator mode.
Also open "Register.exe" as administrator.
If it still doesn't work, you could avoid using the Launcher and use the Client Browser.
GoodBlox is also currently not supported on Windows XP, I don't know about vista though. |
