Salutations, to the clan world, and to our comrades in the Motherland.
In our long past we have suffered many defeats; lost many fights, and fell to many enemies. However, from our loses we have grown, we have become a power, our strength recognized, and it's time to put that strength to the test.
On this day of January 23rd, 2021 - ArkynPlayer1 declares war on The Vaktovian Empire.
Our proposed war terms, we are completely open to negotiations as well as base changes (as we will request some as well):
The first group to 50 wins will be deemed the victor of the war.
There will be no changes in bases unless agreed on by both sides.
Changing your base is defined as an update that changes any aspect of the base after the war terms have been posted.
Closing your base is only allowed in the case that one side has multiple infringes on the war terms (solid evidence required), in which you may declare a temporary standstill to the war.
All raids/defenses must be attended to as quickly as possible.
Defenses with less than 10 raiders present (initially) are excused from this rule.
Defenses at times late for both GMT, Asia and American timezones (e.g. 12:00 AM EST on weekdays) are excusable.
Delaying defenses (waiting until raiders leave to pend into the server) is considered infringing upon this rule.
Any cases of admin abuse in any shape, form, or fashion (such as shutting down via/ the games page) will result in the opposing side gaining a win.
In the case of shutdown servers, the terminal in the server must have been past half way for you to gain a win. (video evidence required)
Should either group infringe on the war terms repeatedly (again- with proper evidence) the war will be called to a standstill. If an agreement cannot be reached then the offending party will forfeit the war.
