Bug with the forums & emojis

Hey staff team. I found a bug which occurs when you put an emoji in a thread. It brings you to an error page with a string of characters you need to send to the staff team. It should say an error message above the post title which says “Sorry, emojis are not allowed in posts” instead of saying you need to report to the staff team.
