what's new in the "forum rewrite"

--- New Pages
- the advanced search page (/forum-rewrite/Search/default.aspx) has been added and is fully functional
- the user profile page (/forum-rewrite/User/UserProfile.aspx?UserName=username) has been added
--- ShowForum.aspx
- if the subforum doesn't exist then it shows the correct error page now
- pagination is fixed - if you go to the bottom it doesn't just show "Next"/"Previous"
- "display threads for x days" works
- the text for the "Last Post" column is now accurate - if the post wasn't made today then the text shouldn't be bold
--- ShowPost.aspx

- oldest to newest / newest to oldest selector works
- the top 25/50/100 poster system works now (just top 25 for now because barely anyone uses the forums)
- thread locking now works properly

- if your forum post is detected by the filter then it shows the correct error page now
- the floodcheck has been decreased to 15 seconds and also shows the correct error page now
- the preview button works

- URLs are more accurate to the actual forum URLs
- the code is a lot cleaner and more efficient
